The shared common living room area comes unfurnished so students can use the space in many different ways. The neptune community is located off of libra drive. The neptune community is the only community at ucf featuring suite style housing with private bedrooms. The apollo community has the most centrally located residence halls on campus and is reserved exclusively for first year students.

Each floor includes a community living room study space kitchen and laundry. Each suite is made up of two or three rooms a bathroom and a common living space. You are encouraged to apply early since the towers are a very popular housing option. This floor plan includes 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette.

The towers are a perfect option for students who want their own room on the main ucf campus. The typical apartment layout has four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. The towers are located next to the addition financial arena and the spectrum stadium. Each suite layout features four private bedrooms sharing two bathrooms.

With 2 shared bedrooms and 2 private bedrooms this floor plan provides more living space with the same flexible room options as suite style units.
