But they ve been falling for one another for months.
One of the more common technical issues faced by this robot concerns its side wheels.
Now that you have access to the brushes you can pull the brushes out of roomba and remove any hair dirt string acc.
Turn roomba upside down so the brushes are facing up.
First turn your roomba upside down and push down and hold on both of the two yellow plastic tabs at the bottom of the brush unit and lift so you can access the brushes.

Remove the two yellow endcaps from the bristle brush.

As i said i didn t bother using a pattern for the top and sides since they re very simple shapes.
Now grab and pull the battery tabs to lift the battery out of the robot.
Then place the roomba back on the floor to check if the wheels.
Take whatever fabric you re using i used brown fake fur and pink sparkly felt and lay it upside down on a flat surface.
After some experimentation i determined that the best place to introduce lubrication was in the top surface of the gearbox roomba upside down approximately midway between the two protruding surfaces.
Re install the battery into the compartment by ensuring the irobot logo facing up.
Visually inspect the four cliff sensors under the bumper and clean them out with compressed air.
If roomba is not sensing an edge inspect the cliff sensors for dirt.
Hole provided a snug fit to the tip of a standard plastic 10 sccm syringe.
Flip roomba upside down and inspect the right and left sides of the bumper.
Do this by first emptying the vacuum bin and placing roomba upside down on a flat surface.

Open brush cage by pressing on yellow tabs and pulling up on the green brush cage lid.
Remove both brushes lifting from the right side of the brushes.
Add comment cancel.
Turn the unit upside down and clear any debris out of the wheels.
If the sensors are clean and work in other areas of the house then it will be necessary.
I just put the roomba down on the fake fur and traced its edge using a piece of white soap.

Flip the roomba upside down unscrew the yellow spinning brush screw.
